Bagaimanapun, UMobile melalui Twitter rasminya menjelaskan pihaknya sedang melakukan kerja-kerja peningkatan rangkaian.
"Pelanggan yang dihormati, kami sedang menghadapi gangguan perkhidmatan di seluruh negara berikutan kerja-kerja peningkatan rangkaian.
"Kami sedang berusaha untuk menangani isu-isu tersebut dan rangkaian dijangka akan pulih sepenuhnya pada jam 10:00 malam ini.
"Maaf di atas kesulitan yang berlaku."

Sementara itu, netizen kesal gangguan perkhidmatan itu berlaku dan pelanggan juga tidak menerima sebarang notis awal mengenai pemasalahan tersebut.
